Stilt Floor
Apart from #45, all 4 bedroom homes have a stilt floor that opens out to a garden. The private swimming pool is also at this level. The stilt floor is spacious and can be moulded in any way to suit your needs.
Ground Floor
The ground floor is accessible through a porch that's a few steps up from the ground level which has a parking space and a small backyard. This floor has the living room, dining area, a kitchen, a powder room and a guest bedroom in the back. The entry is from the north or the east and the kitchen is in the east or west.
First Floor
There is a provision for an elevator but walking up by the staircase that's paned with glass surrounded by greenery makes you feel fresh as your reach the second level which houses the remaining 3 bedrooms that have their own private bathrooms and balconies. The stairway continues to the large terrace above.
