We design our homes keeping you in mind. These 4 bedroom villas are built on a sloping landscape allowing them to be on different levels giving them 4 levels including a terrace and a large stilt level that's perfect for privacy and additional space you need.

The stilt level in this villa opens out to a garden in the back and side with a private swimming pool in the front. The stilt floor is spacious and can be moulded into anything to suit your needs. A den or a home theatre or a lounge are some great options.

The ground floor is accessible through a porch that's a few steps up from the ground level which has a parking space and a small backyard. This floor has the living room, dining area, a kitchen, a powder room and a bedroom in the back. The entry is from the north and the kitchen is in the east.

There is a provision for an elevator but walking up by the staircase that's entirely paned with glass surrounded by greenery makes you feel fresh as your each the second level which houses the remaining 3 bedrooms that have their own private balconies. The stairway continues to the large terrace above.
